If you like Ebi Sunomono at Sushi restaurants, you’re going to LOVE these.
It’s basically the same as Sunomonos but without the noodles. They make a great tangy snack and they sooth an upset tummy (that’s right I’m not to old to say tummy :)

  • Take 1 cup vinegar and 1 cup sugar and mix them together in a container with a lid! Stir the vinegar/sugar mixture until the sugar dissolves.
  • Cut up one English cucumber, thinly, use a mandolin or a food processor if you can’t cut them thinly enough with a knife.
  • Put cucumbers in the liquid and store in an air tight container in the fridge. Leave them for 1 day, then, eat them!!

They last for about a week in the fridge. YUM!
